Coponents in this kit will allow the use of a mechanical rear brake set up on a star hub wheel. Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is supplied for the frame. Check your state for registration and title requirements. Features a seat "T" to get a lower seating are with the thin solo seat. Seat post may be bent as shown for a lower seating position.
