Shipping Methods

Business days are Monday - Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. 

Standard Ground - Continental USA

  • Delivery typically in one to 9 business days.
  • $7.98 for orders up to $99.  Free for orders over $99.

Expedited Ground - Continental USA

  • Delivery typically by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.
  • Available to upgrade on all orders at checkout for $18.98. 

Next Day Air - 2nd Day Air - 3rd Day Select

  • Express services are available for some but not all products.  You may request express services at checkout and we will call you with all quotes and estimates for your confirmation.  
  • Payment is made separately either via phone or via invoice.
  • NO FREE SHIPPING ON EXPRESS ORDERS
  • We must receive your order by 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time.  
  • Delivery typically does not include weekends.  Call for Saturday delivery options if available.


    Orders may be shipped from one of our distribution centers across the country. We determine the fastest, most efficient route to get you your V-Twin parts as quickly as possible. That said, there will be orders where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping.  Additionally, some items are special ordered and require additional time to process.  We use UPS, FedEX and US Postal Services to ship all standard orders. Expedited services and orders containing aerosols, chemicals, batteries and other regulated material may be required to ship via UPS or FedEX and thus require a street address or “911” rural route address. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer to expedite your shipment resulting in multiple packages.  Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3 Day Select prices are subject to change.  We strive to maintain accurate pricing, however, as rates increase we reserve the right to increase ours as well.

Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the United States.
