Gas tank with stock tab mounts, has a right side filler cap location, a fuel capacity of 2.5 gallons and accepts a bayonet style gas cap.
It uses a 3/8" National Pipe Thread style petcock, pre-1975. *NOTE: Must order stock mount hardware separately. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening, masking sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should bemasked or plugged during painting for easy installation of the petcock. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged "oversize" for shipment, as compared to the actual weight, which will result in higher shipping costs.
