Stock replacement on 2004-2008 FLTR, FLGRS and FLHX. Can also be used on 1993-2003 FLHT, FLHR and 1998-2003 FLTR when removing the front saddlebag guards. This gives the floating effect look of the saddlebags like on 2004-up FLT models.
