The Universal Stealth air cleaner fits 1936-'92 HD big twins and 1957-'90 Sportster models. These are all engines with the crankcase breather not routed through the cylinder heads. Air cleaner back plate does not have mounting "ears" to attach to the cylinder heads. No cover is included. Kit includes back plate, filter element, top cover, universal adjustable support bracket, hardware, and instructions.
