This is a replacement sealed air cleaner kit for S&S S&S 50-State emissions compliant V96, V100, and V113 engines. Sealed air cleaner kit uses a solenoid operated nickel plated rotary valve to prevent hydrocarbons from escaping into the atmosphere when the engine is not running, but opens to allow air to enter when the ignition is turned on.
